Live and work with authenticity to create a better world.

I am committed to helping create a better world and I believe the responsibility for making that happen lies with each one of us. For me personally that means staying connected to what I really value, listening to my heart and using this to guide my decisions and shape my actions. This supports me to live a more balanced life and contribute more authentically to the world.

It seems natural that I am now working for a company that helps organisations to become more humane.

I was born in Brazil which taught me to love and appreciate the beauty of nature and its ability to help me stay grounded. From a young age I’ve had a passion for exploring the world. My first adventure took me to Australia at seventeen, I have also lived in Italy and now I reside full time in the United Kingdom. Experiencing different cultures showed me that regardless of our backgrounds, languages and cultural codes we are all capable of connecting at a human level. Stretch and growth are important to me which means I’m constantly seeking new opportunities to learn and evolve. Since joining The Zone in 2014 I have completed two stages of the Zenergy Facilitation Course and I am enjoying this exciting journey towards my Diploma. I have a M.A. in Digital Media Management from Hyper Island, and a B.A. in Business Management and Marketing. Combined with my marketing and business strategy experience this helps me bring a unique perspective to understanding the digital landscape and how it can be leveraged to create opportunities for organisations.

I am a keen on watersports of all kinds and have recently progressed my surfing to a new level after two months living in Weligama surf beach in Sri Lanka. Staying physically active is an important part of maintaining my wellbeing and it gives me a great opportunity to relax and unwind. In a world where there is so much seriousness I think it’s important that we all make time to have fun.
